Finance Professional 32-40 uur | Breda | Kantoor € 3.500 - € 4.500 bruto/maand (o.b.v. 40 uur) Harthoorn Property Group is allesbehalve een standaard vastgoedbedrijf. Met een portefeuille van circa 4.000 woningen en uiteenlopende vastgoedprojecten van vakantieparken tot luxe hotels is dit een onderneming met karakter. No-nonsense, daadkrachtig en volop in beweging. Actief in Nederland én Duitsland, met kantoren in Breda, Düsseldorf en Chemnitz. De organisatie groeit hard en Finance groeit mee. Daarom zoeken we een Finance Professional die samen met ons de financiële organisatie verder professionaliseert en opbouwt. Bouw jij mee aan een Finance afdeling die vooruit wil? Een financiële administratie die klopt is de basis. Maar goede finance gaat verder: weten waar je staat, vooruit kunnen kijken en op tijd signaleren wanneer iets aandacht nodig heeft. Harthoorn Property Group werkt volop aan die professionalisering. De organisatie is de afgelopen jaren flink gegroeid en de Finance afdeling groeit daarin mee. Er is een hechte club mensen, met korte lijnen naar de directie en volop ruimte om je eigen stempel te drukken. Je werkt met meerdere entiteiten zowel Nederlandse als Duitse wat de functie extra dimensie en afwisseling geeft. Ervaring met internationale finance is geen vereiste, maar maakt het werk des te uitdagender. Wat ga je doen Als Finance Professional zorg je samen met het Finance team dat de financiële administratie van verschillende entiteiten klopt en op tijd wordt verwerkt. Je werkt nauw samen met je directe collega's en hebt korte lijnen met de directie. De functie is veelzijdig: geen dag is hetzelfde. Je beheert de administratie van meerdere Nederlandse en Duitse entiteiten, elk met hun eigen structuur en aandachtspunten. Dat vraagt om overzicht en flexibiliteit maar geeft je ook een uniek inzicht in hoe een groeiend vastgoedbedrijf financieel in elkaar steekt. Naast de dagelijkse verwerking ben je ook betrok...
