Ben jij nauwkeurig, communicatief en heb je een passie voor cijfers? Voor een internationale onderneming gevestigd in Zoersel zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Finance/Sales Support die graag meewerkt in een dynamische en internationale omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Finance/Sales Support:

  • 50% Ondersteuning van Finance manager (verstrekken info boekhouding, tax, admin ...)
  • 50% Ondersteuning Sales Director
  • Optimalisatie sales: cijferanalyses sales om verkoop, efficiëntie en winst te verhogen
  • Inboeken van klant- en leveranciersfacturen
  • Eerste goedkeuring en codering van inkomende facturen
  • Bestellen van seals & trackers voor containers
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van certificaten internationaal transport
  • Invoeren en toepassen van prijsafspraken omtrent tol van klanten (in samenwerking met de Financial Manager die je hierin wegwijs maakt)
  • Aanleveren van informatie in het kader van audits
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten wereldwijd
  • Controleren of alle orders correct werden gefactureerd
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan Sales director (opvolging samples, administratie cijfers ...)
  • Opvolging achterstallige rekeningen

Jouw profiel als Finance/Sales Support:

  • Bachelor in een relevante richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ook afstuderende studenten mogelijk
  • Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands en zeer goede kennis van het Engels (andere talen zijn een plus)
  • Goede kennis van boekhoudsoftware en/of expeditieprogramma's, of bereidheid om dit snel aan te leren
  • Zeer goede kennis van Word en Excel
  • Je denkt snel en logisch
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Sterk in communicatie met klanten en leveranciers wereldwijd
  • Vaardig in onderhandelen (bijv. prijzen, contracten met interimkantoren)
  • Kennis van exportcertificaten (Rusland, China, UK, …) is een plus
  • Oog voor detail
  • Je durft vragen te stellen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent zelfstandig, eerder ambitieus en oplossingsgericht
