Finance Specialist - 3200-4200 - MBO - Capelle aan de IJssel - 2 tot 5 jaar - 40 uur Als Finance Specialist werk je aan de financiële administratie van verschillende klanten. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en hebt een afwisselende rol waarin je zowel uitvoerend als ondersteunend bezig bent. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en bent actief betrokken bij het up-to-date houden en verbeteren van administraties. In deze functie ga je onder andere aan de slag met: - Inboeken/ controleren van inkoopfacturen; - Inboeken/inlezen en/of opstellen van verkoopfacturen; - Inboeken van kasmutaties; - Inboeken/inlezen en controleren van bankmutaties; - Debiteurenbeheer, vorderingen uitbesteden in overleg met de klant; - Opstellen en controleren van debiteurenrapportages; - Crediteurenbeheer, betalingen aanmaken; - Controleren van crediteurenbetalingen; - Het (mede) verzorgen van maandafsluiting - Het (mede) opstellen van BTW- aangiftes; - Het (mede) opstellen van IB- aangiftes; - Het (mede) opstellen van VPB- aangiftes; - Archiveren van administratieve bescheiden. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Er is veel ruimte om te leren en door te groeien binnen het financiële vak.
