Ben jij een finance professional met een brede blik op accounting en controlling? Wil je niet vastzitten in één afgebakend financieel domein, maar net verschillende aspecten van finance combineren?

Voor een internationale groep in Lokeren zoeken we een Financial Controller / Finance Specialist die initiatief neemt, graag analyseert en mee wil bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de financiële werking van het bedrijf.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Ondersteuning van de financiële werking van de Belgische juridische entiteiten
  • Een brede combinatie van accounting en controlling
  • Ondersteuning van de GL Accountant bij de dagelijkse financiële verwerking en tijdens afwezigheden, met een proactieve blik op waar extra ondersteuning nodig is
  • Ondersteuning binnen financial controlling en financiële rapportering
  • Meewerken aan forecasting en financiële analyses
  • Analyse van financiële cijfers en resultaten, met aandacht voor afwijkingen en relevante aandachtspunten
  • Meedenken over de financiële prestaties en verdere optimalisatie van de organisatie
  • Initiatief nemen bij het verbeteren en optimaliseren van financiële processen
  • Samenwerking met collega's binnen finance en met andere afdelingen
  • Werken met Odoo als financieel ERP-systeem
  • Mogelijkheid om de functie verder uit te bouwen met een duidelijke focus op controlling
  • Een brede financiële achtergrond binnen accounting, controlling of een combinatie van beide
  • Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid en interesse in financiële analyse en controlling
  • Bereidheid om ook operationele accountingtaken op te nemen
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding en zin voor initiatief
  • Een kritische blik en de durf om mee te denken en een mening te geven
  • Een communicatieve en constructieve ingesteldheid
  • Een flexibele houding en een uitgesproken doe-mentaliteit
