4PS Nederland Finance Support Consultant - 4PS Nederland - Finance Support Consultant Als Finance Support Consultant ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met financiële vraagstukken binnen onze software. Jij behoudt het overzicht, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en deskundig geholpen worden! Voor onze Support-afdeling bij 4PS zoeken we een Finance Support Consultant. De afdeling Support bestaat uit vier teams: drie teams richten zich op ondersteuning van de functionaliteit van onze software en één team focust op technische ondersteuning. Jij wordt onderdeel van een functioneel team met een sterke focus op financiële processen en krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen zowel finance als software. Maak het verschil als Finance Support Consultant In deze rol behandel je vragen en uitdagingen van klanten op het gebied van financiële processen binnen onze software, zowel vanuit huis als op ons kantoor in Ede. Denk hierbij aan onderwerpen zoals financiële administratie, projectadministratie, facturatie, budgetbeheer, rapportages en periodieke afsluitingen. Je analyseert vraagstukken snel en zorgvuldig en werkt samen met collega's en financiële specialisten om tot de beste oplossing te komen. Ook onder druk blijf je kalm en georganiseerd, zet je de juiste acties uit en informeer je klanten op een proactieve en professionele manier over de voortgang. Via verschillende digitale kanalen ondersteun je klanten en help je hen optimaal gebruik te maken van de financiële functionaliteiten binnen onze software. Daarnaast signaleer je verbeterkansen en denk je mee over hoe onze oplossingen en dienstverlening nog beter kunnen aansluiten op de wensen van klanten.
