Je zorgt ervoor dat financiële processen nauwkeurig en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd, van het verwerken van facturen tot het adviseren van klanten over betalingsregelingen. Met jouw gestructureerde aanpak en oog voor detail weet je deadlines te halen en processen te verbeteren. Daarnaast speel je een rol in het optimaliseren van subsidies en financieringsaanvragen, waarmee je bijdraagt aan onze missie voor een groenere toekomst. Wat je gaat doen: - Verwerken: van inkoopfacturen en het beheren van debiteuren en crediteuren. - Controleren: van pakbonnen en het waarborgen van een correcte administratie. - Adviseren: klanten over financieringen en betalingsregelingen, waarbij je meedenkt in oplossingen. - Werken: met boekhoudsoftware zoals Exact Online en toepassen van btw-regels en andere wettelijke eisen. - Optimaliseren: van processen rondom subsidies en financieringsaanvragen om het maximale resultaat te behalen.
