Belangrijk: coachen en ontwikkelen + aansturen van mensen en ervaring binnen debiteurenbeheer, verzekeringsboekhouding of financiële administratie

  • Als spilfiguur tussen klant en bureau ben je HET aanspreekpunt van de COO en commerciële collega's/dossierbeheer
  • Als organisatorisch talent zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve flow vlekkeloos verloopt: ondersteuning opmaak/aanpassen polissen, offertes, opstellen verkoopsovereenkomsten, ...
  • Je werkt en ondersteunt op verschillende kantoren + rechterhand COO
  • Aansturen team, coaching + meewerken indien nodig
  • verzekeringsadministratie en financiële processen zoals debiteurenbeheer, en waakt over structuur en correctheid.
  • Financiële opvolging, van betalingsopvolging en aanmaningen tot het verwerken, controleren en correct afhandelen van betalingen en afrekeningen.
  • Bachelor
  • + 3 jaar ervaring richting aansturen, verzekeringsadmin, finance
  • Commerciële flair
  • Ervaring met beheer vloot , BRIO is een grote troef
  • Je kan autonoom werken, maar je komt graag terecht in een team
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om alles uit de kast te halen en je ware potentieel te ontdekken!
  • Je hebt aandacht voor details en denkt probleemoplossend.
