Finance Trainee - 32-40 uur - 1 jaar werkervaring - €2.800 - €3.500 Please note: Proficiency in the Dutch language is required Over deze rol Als Finance Trainee bij Zonneplan start je een programma waarin je jezelf in twee tot drie jaar ontwikkelt tot een allround finance professional. Je krijgt niet alleen opdrachten, maar pakt echte uitdagingen aan die direct bijdragen aan de groei van Zonneplan. Denk aan businesscases voor nieuwe producten zoals laadpalen en thuisbatterijen, analyses die de koers van teams bepalen en verbeteringen in processen die zorgen dat alles soepel blijft draaien terwijl we snel groeien. Je ziet wat je werk oplevert en bouwt aan vaardigheden die je verder brengen. Je werkt in een klein, gedreven finance team dat de lijnen kort houdt met de rest van het bedrijf. Elke zes maanden kijk je samen met je begeleider wat de volgende stap is en roteer je mogelijk naar een andere financiële discipline zoals accounting, control of FP&A. Zo krijg je breed inzicht en leer je alle kanten van finance kennen. Dit traineeship draagt direct bij aan plan Zero: door slimme financiële sturing maken we duurzame energie betaalbaarder en toegankelijker voor iedereen. Jouw bijdrage aan Plan Zero - Jij draait mee in de maandelijkse afsluiting en rapportages. Je zorgt dat cijfers kloppen, stelt perioderapportages op en levert inzichten die het management gebruikt om beslissingen te nemen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen finance en leert hoe de hele financiële cyclus werkt. - Jij bouwt analyses en businesscases die richting geven. Voor nieuwe producten zoals laadpalen of de thuisbatterij bereken je de haalbaarheid en rentabiliteit. Ook voer je ad-hocanalyses uit voor teams zoals installatie, operations, logistics en sales, waardoor zij beter kunnen sturen op resultaat. - Jij verbetert processen en maakt systemen slimmer.
