Organisatie Door een onverwacht capaciteitsgat binnen Finance is de eerste prioriteit helder: instappen, continuïteit borgen en zorgen dat de financiële administratie en maandcijfers betrouwbaar zijn. Vanuit die basis verschuift de opdracht naar procesverbetering, het versterken van controls en het realiseren van een duurzame structurele bezetting. Functie De opdracht kent grofweg drie fasen: Instappen & stabiliseren Zelf operationeel meedraaien binnen Finance, waaronder maandafsluiting, reconciliaties, debiteuren/crediteuren, betalingen, btw en maandrapportages. Verbeteren & bouwen Processen vereenvoudigen en professionaliseren, onder meer binnen order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay en service-to-invoice. Daarnaast verantwoordelijkheden, controls en administratieve processen verder structureren. Overdragen & uitfaseren Meewerken aan de selectie van een nieuwe Finance Medewerker, deze persoon inwerken en zorgen voor een gecontroleerde overdracht en goede borging binnen de organisatie. Functie-eisen We zoeken nadrukkelijk iemand die senior genoeg is om zelfstandig richting te geven, maar hands-on genoeg om zelf achter de knoppen te zitten. Ervaring binnen een technische, industriële of vergelijkbare MKB/mid-marketomgeving is een sterke pre. Ervaring met Exact Globe+ is eveneens zeer welkom.
