Voor een gevestigde en innovatieve speler actief in vastgoedwaarderingen, en advies zijn wij op zoek naar een financiëel waarde-analyst.

In deze functie kom je terecht in een professionele, dynamische en groeiende omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de waardering van vastgoedactiva binnen één of meerdere segmenten
  • Je verleent strategisch advies bij potentiële vastgoedprojecten en ondersteunt klanten bij complexe vastgoedvraagstukken.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij de waardering van hun huidige en toekomstige vastgoedportefeuille, rekening houdend met relevante economische parameters en objectieve marktgegevens.
  • Je analyseert de strategische en economische impact van marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe tendensen
  • Je onderhoudt contact met een gevarieerd klantenbestand, waaronder investeerders, ondernemingen, financiële instellingen en andere professionele stakeholders.
  • In het kader van portefeuilleanalyses voer je regelmatig site visits en terreinbezoeken uit.
  • Je draagt bij aan rapporteringen, waarderingsdossiers en analytische studies.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een financiële rol.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de vastgoedsector
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan gegevens en informatie omzetten in heldere inzichten en onderbouwde adviezen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en/of Frans, met een goede kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook sterk binnen een teamgerichte omgeving.
  • Je gaat nauwkeurig, ethisch en professioneel te werk.
  • Je bent goed georganiseerd, proactief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met data en voelt je thuis in een dynamische, moderne werkomgeving.
