The posting

Je bent een senior controller met aantoonbare ervaring in vastgoedsturing, vastgoedfinanciering of complexe investeringsvraagstukken. Je begrijpt de dynamiek van nieuwbouw, herontwikkeling, portefeuille- en projectsturing en vertaalt deze naar financiële modellen, scenarioanalyses en heldere adviezen voor directie en management.

Je beschikt over hbo-plus/wo werk- en denkniveau, of over een hbo-opleiding gecombineerd met ruime relevante ervaring en de ambitie om verder te groeien binnen vastgoedcontrol. Een relevante financiële of vastgoedgerichte opleiding is welkom, maar inhoudelijke vastgoedervaring, sterk analytisch vermogen en ontwikkelpotentieel zijn doorslaggevend.

Je hebt een stevige basis als controller en ervaring met zowel tactische als strategische advisering. Daarbij heb je aantoonbaar gewerkt met businesscases, investeringsvoorstellen, financiele modellering, meerjarenperspectieven en KPI-sturing. Je bent vaardig met Excel, datagedreven werken en BI-tools, zoals Power BI. Het interpreteren, specificeren en effectief benutten van dashboards voor financiele sturing is belangrijker dan het technisch zelf bouwen ervan.

Je begrijpt de financiele, fiscale en contractuele gevolgen van vastgoedvraagstukken en weet wanneer specialistische expertise nodig is. Ervaring binnen een grotere of complexe organisatie, met uiteenlopende belangen en besluitvormingsniveaus, is een pre. Ook ervaring met de financiele sturing van ICT is welkom, maar vastgoedexpertise blijft de belangrijkste voorwaarde.

Je communiceert helder en overtuigend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Met een mondige, organisatiesensitieve stijl geef je onderbouwd tegenwicht, breng je complexe financiële vraagstukken terug tot besluitrijpe adviezen en krijg je directie, management en andere stakeholders mee in belangrijke keuzes.
