Voor een groeiende organisatie in Groningen zoeken wij een Financieel Administratief Medewerker die toe is aan een volgende stap. Hiervoor zoeken we iemand met enkele jaren ervaring binnen de financiële administratie en zichzelf verder wil ontwikkelen richting financial control. Je krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden, taken en uiteindelijk zelfs verantwoordelijkheid om procesverbeteringstrajecten aan te gaan. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie betrouwbaar en overzichtelijk blijft. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de mogelijkheid om steeds meer taken en verantwoordelijkheden naar je toe te trekken. Je werkt nauw samen met de Financieel Manager en ontwikkelt je stap voor stap tot een belangrijke schakel binnen de financiële organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Financiële administratie & rapportages - Ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen - Verwerken, controleren en analyseren van financiële gegevens - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van rapportages voor management en aandeelhouders - Controleren van grootboekrekeningen en balansposities - Ondersteunen van projectadministratie, activaregistratie en voorraadbeheer Samenwerken & adviseren - Contact onderhouden met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie - Financiële informatie vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten - Signaleren van afwijkingen en verbetermogelijkheden - Ondersteunen van de Financieel Manager bij uiteenlopende financiële vraagstukken Procesverbetering - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de financiële administratie - Ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van processen en systemen - Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en toekomstbestendige financiële organisatie Wat breng jij mee? - HBO wer.
