Almere 36 - 40 uur 50.000 - 60.000 EUR 60.000 - 70.000 EUR Financial Accountant Bedrijfsprofiel Voor een internationaal opererende productieorganisatie in Almere zijn wij op zoek naar een Financial Accountant. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse financiële administratie en zorg je ervoor dat alles netjes en op tijd wordt verwerkt. Je werkt vanuit de productielocatie en hebt veel contact met collega's binnen het internationale finance team en de rest van de organisatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie, bankreconciliaties, betalingen en btw-aangiftes. Daarnaast werk je mee aan de maandafsluiting en ondersteun je bij de administratie rondom voorraad en productie. Het is een brede en praktische functie waarin je veel zelfstandig oppakt, maar ook makkelijk schakelt met collega's. Naast Finance help je waar nodig mee met een aantal administratieve zaken op de locatie. Functie omschrijving - Verzorgen van de dagelijkse financiële administratie, inclusief crediteuren, debiteuren, betalingen en maandafsluitingen; - Uitvoeren van bank- en grootboekreconciliaties en opvolgen van openstaande posten; - Verzorgen van btw- en ICP-aangiftes; - Bijhouden en aansluiten van de voorraadadministratie; - Opstellen van financiële overzichten en rapportages; - Signaleren en verbeteren van administratieve processen. Functie eisen - Een afgeronde MBO 4-opleiding richting Finance, Bedrijfsadministratie of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen een vergelijkbare rol; - Ervaring met een ERP-systeem en goede kennis van Excel, ervaring met voorraadadministratie is een pré; - Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Je bent minimaal 36 uur per week beschikbaar.
