Deze organisatie beheert een omvangrijke woningportefeuille in Nederland en Europa en biedt een dynamische, professionele werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een gezonde werk-privébalans centraal staan. De functie Als Financial Accountant maak je deel uit van een enthousiast Finance-team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en volledige financiële administratie van meerdere entiteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Finance en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de financiële verslaglegging, rapportages en verdere optimalisatie van processen. Wat ga je doen? - Verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. - Opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages en resultaten ten opzichte van budget en forecast. - Samenstellen van jaarrekeningen en voorbereiden van accountantsdossiers. - Ondersteunen bij fiscale aangiften, waaronder BTW- en VPB-aangiften, in samenwerking met interne en externe specialisten. - Ondersteunen van Business Control en andere afdelingen met financiële analyses en rapportages. - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in administratieve processen. - Actief bijdragen aan digitalisering en de implementatie van nieuwe financiële systemen. - Sparringpartner voor de Manager Financial Accounting op financieel-inhoudelijke vraagstukken.
