Je werkt in het team Grootboek met een teamleider en een collega. Je schakelt veel met Cash and Cards, Debiteuren, Crediteuren, Business Control en met Business Development over investeringen en projecten. Je krijgt ruimte om initiatief te nemen en verbeteringen door te voeren. Jouw werk heeft direct impact op betrouwbare cijfers en strakke rapportages. "Er hangt hier een goede sfeer: je kunt hier lachen én serieus werken " Thijs Het jaarlijkse Tankstationmanagers event bij De Haan Verhaal bekijken Dit ga je doen - Activa administratie beheren en activeren van investeringen (grootschalige nieuwbouw- en verbouwprojecten voor circa 200 entiteiten/administraties/locaties) - Maand en jaarafsluiting voorbereiden en boeken van memoriaal - Balansspecificaties opstellen en onderbouwen - Analyse van grootboekrekeningen en oplossen van afwijkingen - Projecten en investeringen volgen met Operations en deze juist verwerken - Meewerken aan procesverbetering binnen Finance en het team Grootboek - Voorbereiden van controles en aanleveren van audit informatie Wat jij meebrengt? - Hbo werk en denkniveau in finance of accounting - Ervaring in grootboekadministratie en affiniteit met activa - Vlotte beheersing van Excel en een modern financieel systeem - Nauwkeurigheid, eigenaarschap en een analytische blik - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift Wat je bij ons vindt - Veel verantwoordelijkheid in een professionele en informele omgeving - Samenwerking met collega's die houden van korte lijnen en duidelijke afspraken - Ruimte om te verbeteren en om door te groeien binnen Finance - Hybride werken in overleg en een goede werk privé balans - Een team en een organi...
