Dit ga je doen Bij My Jewellery nemen we dagelijks honderden beslissingen over voorraad, winkels, e-commerce, assortiment, marketing en internationale groei. Achter al die beslissingen zit data. Daarom zoeken we een Financial Analyst (FP&A) die energie krijgt van het bouwen van modellen, analyseren van complexe vraagstukken en het vertalen van data naar concrete inzichten. In deze rol ben je de analytische rechterhand van Business Control. Je helpt de organisatie betere beslissingen te nemen door data te vertalen naar inzichten, forecasts, scenario-analyses en business cases. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Finance, Retail, Supply Chain, Buying en E-commerce en krijgt de kans om impact te maken op vrijwel alle onderdelen van de organisatie. Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt financiële en operationele modellen, dashboards en managementrapportages waarmee je trends, kansen en risico's inzichtelijk maakt. Daarnaast ondersteun je het forecast- en budgetproces, verbeter je forecastmodellen en analyseer je afwijkingen tussen forecast, budget en realisatie. Met scenario-analyses en sensitiviteitsberekeningen help je de organisatie vooruit te kijken en beter onderbouwde keuzes te maken. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol op commercieel vlak. Je analyseert winkelprestaties, winstgevendheid, e-commerce resultaten, marges, markdowns en sell-through cijfers.
