Als financial business analyst krijg je de kans om als bruggenbouwer te fungeren tussen financiële overzichten en operationele beslissingen, met directe impact op duurzame en innovatieve projecten. Jobomschrijving

  • Je volgt diverse bouwprojecten financieel op, organiseert maandelijkse projectbesprekingen en ondersteunt projectteams met rapportages en analyses.
  • Je analyseert faalkosten, risico’s en kansen, en werkt verbeterinitiatieven uit voor het management en projectleiding.
  • Je vertaalt financiële doelstellingen naar concrete plannen samen met operationele afdelingen en bouwt nauwe werkrelaties uit met diverse teams.
  • Je vervaardigt financiële modellen en scenario-analyses om zakelijke beslissingen te ondersteunen en groeikansen zichtbaar te maken.
  • Je beheert en bewaakt budgetten en prognoses van verschillende bedrijfseenheden en adviseert over investeringen, kostenbeheersing en efficiëntie.
  • Je draagt zorg voor de naleving van procedures en brengt proactief verbetervoorstellen aan.

Must haves:

  • Masterdiploma in Finance of Economie.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in cost/project controlling of financiële analyse, bij voorkeur binnen een projectgedreven omgeving.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met financiële rapportering, modellering en scenario-analyse.
  • Flexibiliteit om je ongeveer om de twee weken te verplaatsen naar een andere zetel.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een verbindende instelling; je overziet het geheel en blijft constructief, ook bij uitdagende cijfers.
  • Kennis van MS Office (vooral Excel); je neemt eigenaarschap voor jouw dossiers en processen.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in de bouwsector of aannemerij.
  • Kennis van Power BI.
  • Vaardigheid in het Frans en/of Engels.
  • Ervaring als sparringpartner voor projectmanagementteams.
  • Uitblinken als teamspeler die niet op de voorgrond hoeft te treden maar connecties maakt en mensen meekrijgt.
