Onze partner is een internationale industriële groep met een interne IT-organisatie die sterk projectmatig werkt. IT investeringen, kosten en businessnoden worden continu op elkaar afgestemd, met een duidelijke focus op transparantie en controle.

Binnen deze rol wordt controlling gecombineerd met een uitgesproken business partnerpositie. Financiële inzichten worden niet enkel gerapporteerd, maar actief ingezet om projecten te sturen en strategische beslissingen te onderbouwen.

Financial & Business Controller - Functieomschrijving:

  • Stuurt de financial controlling cyclus aan door budgetten, forecasts en maandrapporteringen te analyseren en helder te vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten voor management en IT-verantwoordelijken
  • Versterkt de business controlling via diepgaande analyses van KPI's, kostenstructuren en projectperformantie, waarbij concrete optimalisaties worden geïnitieerd samen met stakeholders
  • Neemt een actieve business partner rol op door investeringsdossiers te valideren, financiële risico's te identificeren en projectleiders te challengen op assumpties en rendabiliteit

Financial & Business Controller - Profiel:

  • Beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance, Economie of gelijkaardig, aangevuld met minstens 3 jaar relevante controllingervaring
  • Combineert een sterke analytische mindset met het vermogen om complexe of technische projecten financieel te doorgronden
  • Beweegt vlot in een projectomgeving en communiceert overtuigend met uiteenlopende stakeholders, van IT tot management
