The posting

  • Je staat in voor de tijdige en accurate voorbereiding van de maandelijkse groepsrapportering.
  • Met je kritische blik analyseer je de maandelijkse resultaten voor de landen binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied, identificeer je pro-actief aanbevelingen voor de business en presenteer je deze aan het senior management.
  • Je stuurt het jaarlijkse budget proces aan voor de jou toegewezen landen aan, en zorgt voor de maandelijkse opvolging van onze budgets
  • Je begeleidt de tussentijdse forecast updates, rekeningen houdend met evoluties in onze business (bv. volumes en prijs evoluties, etc.)
  • Als rechterhand van het business management team voor deze landen ondersteun je hen in het werk met samen met het accounting team, en lever je ad-hoc analyses.
  • Hierbij help je processen te documenteren, te verbeteren en te ondersteunen in de maandelijkse financiële processen.
  • Je voert ad hoc analyses en rapporten voor, werkt heel wat business cases uit (mbt logistiek, financieel, investeringen, etc.) en kan deze helder toelichten aan het management.
  • Je volgt de groepsfinanciering & cashpositie nauwgezet op, en zorgt voor een actueel overzicht van bestaande & toekomstige financieringsbehoeften. Je zorgt eveneens voor de administratie rond nieuwe leningen & leasings.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met en rapporteert aan de Group Controller.

Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting
  • Minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen controlling of financiële analyse
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en kritische ingesteldheid
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht te werken in een snelgroeiende omgeving
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met maandelijkse rapportering, budgetopmaak en forecasting
  • Vlotte communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels
  • Vermogen om strikte deadlines te respecteren en daarbij nauwkeurig te werken

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met Odoo of een ander ERP-systeem
  • Kennis van of ervaring met groepsfinanciering en cashpositiebeheer
  • Affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie en het opstellen van business cases
  • Kennis van het Frans
  • Ervaring met internationale of multisite organisaties
