Voor een grote en gevestigde organisatie in de regio Kempen zijn we op zoek naar een financieel talent dat zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen controlling.

Je komt terecht binnen een professionele en internationale werkomgeving waar Finance een belangrijke rol speelt in de ondersteuning van de organisatie. Ondanks de omvang van het bedrijf wordt er veel belang gehecht aan samenwerking, kennisdeling en de verdere ontwikkeling van medewerkers.

Binnen het financiële team krijg je de kans om je verder te verdiepen in controlling, analyse en rapportering. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt tegelijkertijd de ruimte om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid naar je toe te trekken.

Hierdoor kan de functie zowel interessant zijn voor iemand die vandaag al binnen controlling actief is als voor een profiel vanuit audit of een bredere financiële functie dat bewust de overstap naar controlling wil maken.

Financial/ Business Controller - Functie

  • Je werkt mee aan de financiële afsluitingen, rapporteringen, budgetten en forecasts.
  • Je analyseert financiële resultaten en brengt afwijkingen, trends en evoluties in kaart.
  • Je maakt financiële analyses en vertaalt cijfers naar bruikbare inzichten voor de organisatie.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en denkt mee over optimalisaties binnen financiële processen en rapportering.

Financial/ Business Controller - Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting. Dit is een vereiste.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen audit, Finance of controlling. Dit is eveneens een vereiste.
  • Je bent ambitieus en wilt jezelf de komende jaren verder ontwikkelen binnen Finance en Controlling.
