Hou je er daarnaast van om processen te optimaliseren en te digitaliseren? Dan ben jij dé financial controller die wij zoeken! Wat ga je doen? Als financial controller vervul je een belangrijke rol binnen de organisatie en het finance team. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor financial accounting, zorgt voor de financiële maand- en jaarafsluitingen van de vennootschappen en vertaalt deze naar heldere rapportages en analyses. Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie en hebt een coördinerende rol voor jouw collega financieel administratief medewerkers. Je bent sparringpartner van de CFO en denkt mee over strategisch financiële beleid. Jij krijgt energie van het aangaan van gesprekken met de organisatie, daagt hen uit en vertaalt hun behoeften naar financiële processen. Waar je goed in bent en wat je leuk vindt om te doen • Opstellen en controleren van financiële rapportages, analyses en consolidaties. • Aanleveren van gegevens tijdens audits, jaarrekeningcontroles en zorgdragen voor een juiste afhandeling van finance-gerelateerde onderwerpen. • Onderzoeken en oplossen van financieel-administratieve vraagstukken. • Bewaken van liquiditeitsposities, debiteuren- en crediteurenposities en financiële ratio's. • Het (mede) verder ontwikkelen van informatiestromen binnen het ERP systeem. • Initiëren van en deelname aan (verbeter)projecten, met een focus op automatisering van financiële processen. Jij maakt deel uit van het finance team, bestaande uit twee financieel administratief medewerkers en de CFO aan wie je rechtstreeks rapporteert.
