Als Financial Controller ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het financieel "in control" houden van de organisatie. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare rapportages, maakt analyses die ertoe doen en vertaalt financiële informatie naar concrete adviezen voor management en bestuur. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en analyseren van maand- en kwartaalrapportages en jaarverslagen. - Voorbereiden van managementrapportages voor directie, Raad van Commissarissen en Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders. - Opstellen van forecasts en adviseren over financiële ontwikkelingen. - Samenstellen van de conceptjaarrekening en het balansdossier. - Ondersteunen van de planning- en controlcyclus. - Opstellen en bewaken van begrotingen en budgetten. - Monitoren van de financiële prestaties en continuïteit van de organisatie. - Signaleren van risico's, kansen en verbeterpunten. - Doorontwikkelen van de financiële administratieve organisatie en interne beheersing. - Adviseren van management en bestuur op basis van financiële en bedrijfskundige analyses. Wat breng je mee? Jij bent een financieel professional die cijfers begrijpt én weet te vertalen naar de praktijk. Je bent zelfstandig, kritisch en denkt graag mee over hoe processen slimmer en beter kunnen. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een financiële, bedrijfseconomische of vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als controller of in een vergelijkbare financ...
