Voor een toonaangevende dienstverlenende organisatie in de regio Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Controller. De organisatie ondersteunt een brede klantenportefeuille vanuit verschillende entiteiten en vestigingen in België. Binnen deze functie kom je terecht in een brede finance omgeving waar controlling sterk verweven is met de business. Je werkt nauw samen met het management, analyseert financiële resultaten en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete inzichten en beslissingen. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om mee te bouwen aan verdere optimalisatie van rapportering, processen en systemen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je treedt op als financiële businesspartner voor verschillende business units en ondersteunt het management bij financiële beslissingen.
  • Je staat in voor business analyses, budgetten, forecasts en het opvolgen van financiële en operationele KPI's.
  • Je bewaakt de financiële samenhang tussen verschillende entiteiten en volgt onder andere intercompany transacties en consolidatie op.
  • Je werkt mee aan kostenallocaties en zorgt ervoor dat financiële verdeelsleutels correct en transparant worden toegepast.
  • Je analyseert financiële data en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke rapportering en inzichten voor het management.
  • Bij toekomstige overnames kan je betrokken worden bij financiële analyses, waarderingen en de integratie van nieuwe entiteiten.
  • Je onderzoekt hoe nieuwe technologieën en AI kunnen worden ingezet om analyses en rapportering efficiënter te maken.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen controlling, consolidatie of een gelijkaardige financiële functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van financiële rapportering, consolidatie en kostenallocatie.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet complexe financiële informatie op een duidelijke manier te vertalen naar het management.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met BI en ERP systemen.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologieën en hebt interesse in de verdere toepassing van AI binnen finance.
  • Ervaring met overnames of integratietrajecten is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent bereid om occasioneel naar andere vestigingen te reizen.
