The posting

Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, opvolgen en optimaliseren van de financiële prestaties van de organisatie. Je fungeert als een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management en ondersteunt hen met heldere inzichten en rapporteringen.

Je staat in voor de maandelijkse afsluitingen, budgettering en forecasting, en analyseert afwijkingen om verbeteracties voor te stellen. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan het optimaliseren van financiële processen en interne controles.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een vlotte vertaling van cijfers naar concrete business inzichten.

Functie omschrijving

  • Opstellen en analyseren van maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen
  • Budgettering en forecasting, inclusief variantieanalyses
  • Ondersteunen van management met financiële inzichten en advies
  • Optimaliseren van financiële processen en interne controles
  • Opvolgen van kosten, marges en KPI’s
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting (accountancy, finance, economie, …)
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een controlling of financiële rol
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je bent proactief, hands-on en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan complexe cijfers vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten voor de business
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP- en rapporteringstools
  • Je spreekt vlot in het Engels
