Robert Half is op zoek naar Financial Controller (M/V/X) - Regio Antwerpen.

Onze klant is een internationale en dynamische organisatie actief binnen een kapitaalintensieve omgeving, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, professionaliteit en duurzame groei.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Financial Controller (M/V/X):

  • Je staat in voor de controlling en analyse van de Belgische activiteitenportefeuille, waarbij je de operationele winstgevendheid van verschillende assets opvolgt in nauwe samenwerking met de operationele afdeling.
  • Je verzorgt een tijdige en accurate financiële rapportering op kwartaalbasis volgens IFRS-richtlijnen en houdt daarbij rekening met relevante sectorgebonden regelgeving.
  • Je werkt mee aan de opmaak van interne Belgische rapporteringen als basis voor consolidatie en ondersteunt bij interne en externe financiële rapporten, zoals halfjaarverslagen, KPI-rapporteringen, kasstroomoverzichten en kwartaalrapporteringen voor bestuursorganen.
  • Je levert input voor budgetten en forecasts en beheert het forecastmodel, waarbij je de output analyseert en de impact van verschillende parameters kritisch beoordeelt.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de externe audit bij de controle van de halfjaar- en jaarcijfers.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond het ERP-systeem en ondersteunt gebruikers bij financiële en operationele toepassingen.
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen, formuleert optimalisatievoorstellen en werkt mee aan finance projecten, waaronder initiatieven rond procesverbetering en AI-implementatie.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in financiën, bedrijfseconomie, accountancy of een aanverwante richting.
  • Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en weet financiële en operationele data te vertalen naar heldere en bruikbare rapportering.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare financiële functie, idealiter binnen een gelijkaardige sector, of je hebt de ambitie om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, budgeting en forecasting.
  • Je hebt een sterke IT-affiniteit en voelt je comfortabel in een ERP-omgeving, met interesse in digitale optimalisatie en AI-toepassingen.
  • Je werkt proactief, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht en je blijft sterk presteren binnen strikte deadlines.
  • Je communiceert vlot, werkt graag samen met anderen, neemt ownership over je taken en stelt je flexibel op in een afwisselend takenpakket.
