Financial Controller - Een uitdagende functie in Bree met een voltijdse functie.

Ben jij de analytische rechterhand die wij zoeken? Wil je een cruciale rol spelen binnen de financiële organisatie en de Finance Manager ondersteunen bij het verbeteren van de financiële processen? Heb je een passie voor cijfers en analyses? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

  • Heb je een Bachelor of Master in Accountancy, Fiscaliteit, of een vergelijkbare richting?
  • Heb je 0 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring in finance, controlling of audit?
  • Ben je sterk in analytisch en cijfermatig inzicht?

Als Controller zorg je ervoor dat het management tijdig en gefundeerd kan bijsturen op basis van betrouwbare managementinformatie. Je focus ligt op rendabiliteitsanalyses, werkkapitaaloptimalisatie, procesverbetering en de voorbereiding van audits. Dankzij jouw analyses en rapporten veranderen intuïtie en aannames in gefundeerde beslissingen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Opstellen en verbeteren van managementinformatie en KPI-rapporten en deze waar mogelijk automatiseren.
  • Uitvoeren van rendabiliteitsanalyses per productgroep, project en contract.
  • Ondersteunen bij budgettering, maandelijkse closing en forecasting.
  • Analyseren en verbeteren van werkkapitaal op voorraden, debiteuren en leveranciers.
  • Documenteren van processen en voorbereiden van auditdossiers.
  • Reconciliaties uitvoeren en risicoanalyses opstellen.
  • Samenwerken met operationele teams om verbetermaatregelen te implementeren en resultaten te monitoren.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, ben je een teamspeler met een kritische en onderzoekende mindset. Je hebt een goed oog voor detail en schrikt er niet voor terug om operationeel in de diepte te duiken.

  • Opleiding in Accountancy, Fiscaliteit, Handelswetenschappen of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • 0 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, met een voorkeur voor kandidaten met ervaring in audit of controlling.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel; kennis van BI en AI-tools is een plus.
  • Hands-on, communicatief en teamgericht.
