Je zorgt voor betrouwbare rapportages, sterke financiële processen en heldere analyses. Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan strategische besluitvorming en complexe dossiers binnen de organisatie, waaronder het Aurora-project. In deze rol combineer je financial control met business control. Je bent een kritische sparringpartner voor management en bestuur, signaleert kansen en risico's en vertaalt financiële data naar praktische inzichten en adviezen. Ook ondersteun je de activiteiten rondom onze MTF-omgeving. Je onderhoudt contacten met externe partijen zoals Captin, coördineert certificaten en rapportages en zorgt voor een correcte informatievoorziening richting bestuur en andere stakeholders. - Verantwoordelijk voor de planning- en controlcyclus van HZPC Holding en de maandafsluiting voor SBDA. - Opstellen, analyseren en toelichten van maand- en jaarrapportages. - Coördineren en opstellen van budgetten, forecasts en financiële analyses voor de HZPC Holding. - Fungeren als financieel sparringpartner voor management. - Signaleren van risico's en kansen en vertalen naar concrete adviezen. - Begeleiden van accountantscontroles en onderhouden van contact met externe accountants. - Financiële ondersteuning en coördinatie van complexe verslaggeving. - Coördineren van werkzaamheden rondom de MTF, waaronder contacten met Captin, certificaten, trainingen en rapportages. - Bewaken van interne beheersing, compliance en governance-processen.
