De organisatie heeft tientallen vestigingen verspreid over Nederland en telt in totaal zo'n 500 medewerkers. Je komt te werken in een hecht en informeel familiebedrijf en ze denken graag mee aan kansen binnen jouw expertise. De huidige manager accounting en control gaat een stap maken richting de directie van het bedrijf. Nu zoeken ze iemand die instroomt als financial controller en na 1.5 jaar doorgroeit naar manager F&C. De functie: Als financial controller maak je deel uit van het financiële team op het hoofdkantoor, bestaande uit een finance manager, twee business controllers, twee financial controllers en meerdere financieel medewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van periodieke financiële rapportages en analyses, het naleven van relevante wet- en regelgeving, en het schrijven van werkinstructies en accounting manuals. Daarnaast verzorg je diverse fiscale aangiftes, stel je jaarrekeningen op en coördineer je de project- en salarisadministratie. Je speelt een actieve rol in het opstellen van financiële KPI's, het bewaken van budgetten en liquiditeit, en het opstellen van prognoses. Tevens denk je proactief mee over procesverbeteringen en implementeer je deze waar mogelijk.
