Financial Controller - Fulltime - Urk Financial Controller, stevige financial die finance én de bedrijfsvoering naar een hoger niveau brengt, Onze opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever Werckpost is een ondernemend familiebedrijf en uitzendorganisatie met de hoofdvestiging in Urk. Met circa 1.500 uitzendkrachten, 90 vaste medewerkers en een jaarlijkse substantiële omzet heeft de organisatie een stevige positie in de branche opgebouwd. Naast arbeidsbemiddeling spelen onder andere huisvesting, vervoer en dienstverlening aan internationale medewerkers een belangrijke rol binnen de bedrijfsvoering. Werckpost kenmerkt zich door een sterke regionale en familiaire cultuur. De lijnen zijn kort, de aanpak is praktisch en ondernemerschap en hard werken zijn vanzelfsprekend. De organisatie bevindt zich in een fase waarin verdere professionalisering en financiële sturing belangrijk zijn. De financiële afdeling wordt ontwikkeld naar een professionele businesspartner. Het financiële team vormt hiervoor een belangrijke basis. De volgende stap is om vanuit finance meer inzicht, sturing en advies te bieden aan directie en management. Daarmee krijgt finance een nadrukkelijker positie in de ontwikkeling en besluitvorming van de organisatie. Om dit mede vorm te geven zoeken we een ervaren Financial Controller (FT, Urk) Wat je gaat doen Als Financial Controller krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om de financiële afdeling van Werckpost verder te ontwikkelen en toekomstbestendig in te richten. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare cijfers, duidelijke rapportages en meer structuur, maar jouw toegevoegde waarde gaat nadrukkelijk verder dan financial control alleen. Je brengt finance dichter bij de bedrijfsvoering en zorgt ervoor dat financiële consequenties structureel worden meegenomen bij belangrijke beslissingen.
