Bij NUOVO Scholen zorgen we iedere dag voor goed en kansrijk onderwijs in Utrecht en omgeving. Dat vraagt ook achter de schermen om een sterke financiële organisatie. Als financial controller zorg jij voor betrouwbare financiële informatie, grip op onze financiële processen en inzicht waarmee we de juiste keuzes kunnen maken. Je werkt aan een stevige financiële basis én krijgt de ruimte om onze financiële functie verder te ontwikkelen. Zo draag je met jouw expertise direct bij aan wat er op onze scholen mogelijk is. Wat ga je doen? Als Financial Controller bij NUOVO Scholen speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige financiële huishouding. Je zorgt voor tijdige en correcte financiële rapportages, bewaakt de kwaliteit van financiële processen en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de planning- en controlcyclus. We zoeken daarom iemand die energie krijgt van verbeteren en samenwerken. Iemand die structuur kan aanbrengen, kansen ziet en het leuk vindt om samen met collega's de volgende stap te zetten in de ontwikkeling van onze financiële functie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - opstellen, analyseren en toelichten van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages; - coördineren van de jaarrekening en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de accountant; - uitvoeren van balansdossiers en financiële analyses; - bewaken van de kwaliteit van de financiële administratie en interne beheersingsmaatregelen; - signaleren van financiële risico's en verbetermogelijkheden; - bijdragen aan het opstellen van begrotingen, prognoses en meerjarenramingen; - ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van financiële processen, systemen en rapportages; - vertalen van financiële gegevens naar begrijpelijke inzichten vo...
