The posting

Je combineert financiële opvolging met controlling en analyse voor Belgische en buitenlandse vennootschappen.

  • Je werkt mee aan de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, inclusief intercompany-transacties en de voorbereiding van de consolidatie.
  • Je bereidt financiële rapporteringen en analyses voor, volgt KPI's op en signaleert afwijkingen, risico's en aandachtspunten.
  • Je vertaalt financiële cijfers naar heldere inzichten voor het management en denkt mee over mogelijke acties en verbeteringen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de financiële administratie en volgt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, betalingen, leveranciers- en klantenrekeningen en openstaande posten op.
  • Je volgt financiële en administratieve dossiers op, waaronder verzekeringen, externe rapporteringen en informatievragen vanuit verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt audits, controles en financiële of fiscale vraagstukken in samenwerking met interne en externe partners.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere professionalisering, automatisering en optimalisatie van financiële processen en systemen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Manager en collega's uit verschillende teams en landen. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor financiële vragen, beheert zelfstandig je dossiers en neemt de rol van back-up op om de continuïteit van Finance te verzekeren.

Je hebt een opleiding in finance of accountancy en kent de financiële en boekhoudkundige processen. Dit sluit aan bij het profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance, Handelswetenschappen, TEW of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring in boekhouding, controlling of finance.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van financiële en boekhoudkundige processen.
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en pakt zaken pragmatisch aan.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en gaat discreet en betrouwbaar om met financiële informatie. Je wil je verder ontwikkelen en meegroeien met een internationale organisatie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en bent tegelijk een toegankelijke, constructieve teamspeler. Je hebt een vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans en/of Duits is een plus.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office. Ervaring met een ERP- of boekhoudpakket is een plus.
