Toe aan een mooie rol dichter bij huis? Fleurada is een familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in de import en export van bloemen en planten. Vanuit Honselersdijk leveren wij rechtstreeks aan bloemisten in Duitsland. Wegens het naderende pensioen van onze huidige Financial Controller zoeken wij een ervaren Financial Controller die het stokje van hem wil overnemen. Als Financial Controller ben je de financiële spil van Fleurada. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Je zorgt dat de cijfers kloppen, houdt overzicht en vertaalt financiële informatie naar heldere inzichten. Daarnaast kijk je vooruit en denk je mee over resultaten, processen en de verdere ontwikkeling van Fleurada. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt een brede en zelfstandige financiële functie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het opstellen en analyseren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages; - begrotingen, forecasts en financiële analyses; - het bewaken van de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de financiële administratie; - balansspecificaties en de voorbereiding van het jaarrekeningdossier; - het coördineren van het jaarwerk en contact met de accountant; - fiscale verplichtingen en financiële compliance; - het verbeteren en waar mogelijk automatiseren van financiële processen; - het adviseren van en sparren met de directie over financiële en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken.
