Financial Controller Als Financial Controller kom je terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving met korte lijnen en een echte familiebedrijfscultuur: informeel, betrokken en ondernemend. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verbeteringen worden actief gestimuleerd. Je werkt nauw samen met twee andere Financial Controllers en rapporteert direct aan de CFO. Wat ga je doen? - Meewerken aan maand- en kwartaalrapportages en zorgen voor accurate cijfers van meerdere entiteiten; - Ontwikkelen, upgraden en automatiseren van dashboards in Power BI; - Processen optimaliseren, van factuurstromen tot rapportagelijnen; - Data verzamelen, controleren en vertalen naar heldere en bruikbare adviezen; - Bijdragen aan finance-projecten en stapsgewijs meer verantwoordelijkheid oppakken en intern communiceren. - Sleutelrol spelen in het slimmer maken van finance door AI en automatisering. - Bereidheid om, gezien de omvang van de organisatie, ook operationele taken op te pakken. Wie zoeken wij? - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als (financial) controller, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving; - Je kunt snel schakelen, houdt het overzicht en bent communicatief vaardig; - Je bent leergierig en niet bang om nieuwe tools (AI/Power BI) te gebruiken.
