Organisatie Geen functie waarin je alleen rapportages maakt en van een afstand naar de cijfers kijkt. Voor een nuchter familiebedrijf in Noordwijkerhout zoeken we een Financial Controller die overzicht houdt, zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt én twee collega's binnen Finance aanstuurt. Je komt terecht bij een ondernemend familiebedrijf met een tastbaar en leuk product. De cultuur is informeel en direct: korte lijnen, hard werken, zeggen waar het op staat en samen zorgen dat het geregeld wordt. Geen ingewikkelde hiërarchie of eindeloze vergaderingen, maar een organisatie waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd. De functie ontstaat vanwege pensionering. Daarmee ligt er een mooie kans om een brede financiële verantwoordelijkheid over te nemen en vervolgens samen met het bedrijf verder te groeien. Voor deze organisatie zijn wij, Holland Talent Group, op zoek naar een ondernemende en hands-on: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER | 32 uur | Noordwijkerhout | Familiebedrijf Functie - Verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare en volledige financiële administratie; - Aansturen en begeleiden van twee medewerkers binnen Finance; - Zelf actief meewerken binnen de financiële administratie; - Verzorgen en bewaken van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen; - Opstellen van financiële managementrapportages en analyses; - Verzorgen van tussentijdse financiële rapportages en jaaroverzichten; - Controleren en analyseren van grootboekrekeningen; - Bewaken van de crediteuren-, debiteuren- en kasadministratie; - Signaleren van financiële afwijkingen en deze vertalen naar concrete acties; - Sparringpartner voor directie en management op financieel gebied; - Contact onderhouden met accountant, belastingadviseur en andere externe partijen; - Verbeteren en waar mogelijk automatiseren van administratie...
