Dan zoeken wij jou als Financial Controller die onze financiële administratie verder professionaliseert. Dit is wat je doet - Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de financiële afdeling en zorgt dat de administratie klopt, deadlines worden gehaald en financiële informatie tijdig en betrouwbaar beschikbaar is. - Je bent voor je resultaten regelmatig afhankelijk van input van andere afdelingen en collega's, maar jij houdt daar de regie en controle op. Je neemt eigenaarschap voor je eigen resultaten, ook als je daarvoor anderen actief moet aanjagen. - Je voert de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen uit, stelt forecasts en prognoses op en houdt de AP-lijsten en cashflow nauwgezet bij. - Je houdt overzicht en controle op het crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen. - Je werkt nauw samen met een collega die een belangrijk deel van het uitvoerende werk voor zijn of haar rekening neemt. Jij bent daarbij het eerste aanspreekpunt en biedt begeleiding en ondersteuning, zonder dat dit een zware leidinggevende rol is. - Je werkt nauw samen met directie, management en collega's uit Planning, Operations en HR en brengt rust, overzicht en structuur in de financiële processen. - Je denkt vooruit en komt met verbetervoorstellen voor controles, rapportages en systemen. Hier herken jij jezelf in - Je beschikt over minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een financiële of bedrijfseconomische richting. - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een financiële functie, bij voorkeur als controller of in een vergelijkbare rol binnen het MKB. - Je hebt ervaring met financiële administratie, facturatie, crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer, rapportages, forecasting en maand- ...
