Jij zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratie, heldere financiële rapportages en hebt direct impact op de groei en structuur van onze organisatie. Een veelzijdige rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid én ruimte om te groeien! Wat ga je doen als Financial Controller? Als Financial Controller vervul je een cruciale rol binnen onze organisatie. Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een correcte dagelijkse financiële administratie en speelt een sleutelrol in het inzichtelijk maken van de financiële prestaties van onze werkmaatschappijen. Met jouw expertise zorg je niet alleen voor een stabiele financiële basis, maar draag je ook actief bij aan het verbeteren en stroomlijnen van processen. Je werkt nauw samen met het team, stuurt administratief medewerkers aan en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO van de Lamson Group. Dit biedt jou de kans om je vaardigheden op strategisch niveau in te zetten en een directe impact te hebben op de besluitvorming binnen het bedrijf. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zullen onder anderen bestaan uit: - Het aansturen van administratief medewerkers en waarborgen van een efficiënte administratie; - Het verzorgen van belastingaangiften en naleven van relevante wet- en regelgeving; - Het opstellen en analyseren van maandcijfers, forecasts en andere financiële rapportages; - Het ondersteunen bij en coördineren van de jaarafsluitingen; - Het initiëren van verbeteringen en het structureren van administratieve processen; - Controlerende taken, zoals toezicht houden op debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer; - Het opstellen en verstrekken van zowel interne als externe financiële rapportages.
