We groeien hard. Dat betekent dat niet alleen onze operatie, maar ook onze financiële organisatie moet meegroeien. Daarom zoeken we een Financial Controller. Iemand die zorgt dat onze financiële basis staat. Die ervoor zorgt dat cijfers kloppen, processen schaalbaar zijn en rapportages betrouwbaar zijn. Tegelijk werk je in een scale-up. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen afsluitingen draait, maar ook meedenkt over hoe we slimmer kunnen werken en management helpt met financiële inzichten wanneer dat nodig is. Je bouwt dus niet alleen aan een finance-afdeling, maar ook aan de verdere groei van DeWarmte. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie en helpt DeWarmte financieel in control te blijven terwijl we verder groeien. Je zorgt dat onze financiële basis op orde is Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting. Je controleert de financiële administratie, voert analyses uit en zorgt dat cijfers tijdig en betrouwbaar beschikbaar zijn voor management, accountant en investeerders. Je verzorgt rapportages voor management en investeerders Je stelt periodieke financiële rapportages op en ondersteunt de informatievoorziening richting aandeelhouders en investeerders. Je zorgt dat financiële informatie helder, volledig en professioneel wordt gepresenteerd. Je bewaakt cash en werkkapitaal Je houdt grip op openstaande posten, cashflow en werkkapitaal. Je monitort het debiteurenproces, signaleert risico's en helpt processen rondom incasso en betalingen verder te verbeteren.
