KOPAL wil verder groeien op een professionele en doordachte manier met de juiste mensen. Daarom zoeken we momenteel voor ons hoofdkantoor, gelegen in het West-Vlaamse Kortemark, bijkomende ondersteuning voor ons finance team in de nieuwe functie van een analytisch sterke en resultaatgerichte (m/v/x)

Jobomschrijving

De uitdaging

Als Financial Controller ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de financiële coördinatie en rapportering van verschillende entiteiten binnen onze bedrijvengroep. Je combineert analytische diepgang met sterk businessinzicht en fungeert als een volwaardige sparringpartner voor directie en management.

Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en transparantie van financiële informatie en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten die strategische en operationele beslissingen ondersteunen.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en werkt nauw samen met de financieel en operationeel verantwoordelijken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verantwoordelijk voor maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opstellen en coördineren van de kwartaal- en jaarconsolidatie
  • Tijdige en kwalitatieve managementrapportering
  • Uitvoeren van rendabiliteits-, kostprijs- en investeringsanalyses, inclusief het opstellen van een financieel plan
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en challengen van budgetten en forecasts
  • Beheren van transfer pricing en intercompany transacties
  • Optimaliseren en verder professionaliseren van rapporterings- en controleprocessen
  • Fungeren als financiële sparringpartner voor directie en operationeel management

Jouw profiel

  • Masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting
  • Minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring in controlling, audit of corporate finance
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen met uitgesproken businessinzicht
  • Ervaring met consolidatie en groepsrapportering
  • Affiniteit met digitale tools en rapporteringssystemen (Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Power BI, Bright Analytics, Excel, …)
  • Ervaring in een industriële of productieomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Kritisch, proactief en hands-on ingesteld
  • In staat zelfstandig prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te bewaken
  • Overtuigingskracht om verbetertrajecten te realiseren
  • Teamspeler met ownership en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en discreet
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig met gedegen kennis van Frans
