The posting

  • Je staat in voor de financiële rapportering en analyse en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten voor het management.
  • Je analyseert omzet, brutomarges, EBITDA, kosten, voorraad, werkkapitaal en rendabiliteit.
  • Je neemt ownership over budgetten, forecasts en managementrapportering.
  • Je onderzoekt afwijkingen ten opzichte van budget, forecast en vorige periodes en formuleert concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Je begeleidt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat.
  • Je bereidt interne jaarrekeningen en consolidaties voor en volgt btw, Intrastat, VAT refund en reconciliaties op.
  • Je bewaakt de financiële verwerking van vaste activa, voorraden en loonboekingen.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's en externe partners bij complexere boekhoudkundige en fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Je bouwt mee aan duidelijke financiële processen, interne controles en werkafspraken.
  • Je werkt mee aan de implementatie en optimalisatie van ERP- en rapporteringstools.
  • Je begeleidt het finance-team inhoudelijk en werkt nauw samen met de CFO en andere stakeholders.
  • Je zet AI en digitale tools in om rapportering, reconciliaties en analyses efficiënter te maken

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance, Accountancy, Handelswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen controlling, accounting, audit of een gelijkaardige financiële functie.
  • Je hebt een sterke financiële en boekhoudkundige basis en voelt je comfortabel met financiële rapportering.
  • Je bent analytisch, kritisch en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en weet financiële data te vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten.
  • Je neemt graag ownership en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's en stakeholders uit verschillende afdelingen.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een KMO-omgeving of een accountancykantoor.
  • Kennis van een ERP-systeem, bijvoorbeeld Odoo.
  • Affiniteit met fiscale regelgeving en vennootschapsrechtelijke materie.
  • Ervaring met BI-tools, automatisatie of AI-toepassingen binnen finance.
  • Ervaring met consolidaties of het begeleiden van financiële processen.
