In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages en het bewaken van de financiële positie van de organisatie. Je ondersteunt het management met heldere inzichten en adviezen en speelt een belangrijke rol in de planning- en controlcyclus. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het optimaliseren van financiële processen en het waarborgen van compliance met relevante wet- en regelgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan dus uit: - Het opstellen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportage; - Het analyseren van financiële resultaten en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Het ondersteunen bij budgettering en forecasting; - En het verbeteren en automatiseren van financiële processen. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een financiële richting; - Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de zorgsector; - Ervaring met Excel en ERP-systemen. Competenties - Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail; - Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Interesse en/of vragen?
