Daarom breiden we onze financiële afdeling uit met een Financial Controller. Een nieuwe functie binnen een groeiend familiebedrijf waar veel in beweging is en waar jij echt kunt meebouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de financiële afdeling. In deze deze rol combineer je financiële controle met uitvoering en verbetering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede inrichting en controle van de projectadministratie en houdt scherp zicht op de financiële voortgang van projecten. Denk aan het aanmaken en beheren van projecten, het bewaken van uren, kosten en opbrengsten en het controleren van de financiële verwerking. De projectleiders zijn verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud en uitvoering van hun projecten. Vanuit finance bewaak jij de financiële kant. Je controleert bijvoorbeeld of er tijdig en volledig wordt gefactureerd, of projecten financieel op koers liggen en of afspraken zoals indexaties goed zijn verwerkt. Je signaleert afwijkingen, denkt mee over oplossingen en adviseert het management over uren, kosten en opbrengsten. Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren Financial Controller en krijgt tegelijkertijd veel ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Omdat de financiële afdeling volop in ontwikkeling is, is er ruimte om mee te denken over hoe we processen slimmer, efficiënter en beter beheersbaar kunnen maken.
