The posting

Voor onze klant, een internationale speler actief in logistiek en industrieel onderhoud, zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Controller / Assistant.

In deze veelzijdige functie maak je deel uit van het financiële team en werk je nauw samen met het management. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte financiële administratie, ondersteunt de rapportering en draagt actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van financiële processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Financial Controller / Assistant sta je onder meer in voor:

  • Het valideren, opstellen en verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Het ondersteunen van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Het voorbereiden en opvolgen van btw-aangiftes en andere wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Het beheren van betalingen en het opvolgen van de cashflow.
  • Het uitvoeren van financiële analyses rond marges, vestigingen, klanten en personeelskosten.
  • Het opstellen van rapporteringen voor het management en het aanleveren van financiële inzichten.
  • Het ondersteunen van interne en externe audits en het bewaken van interne controles.
  • Het identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen en automatiseringen binnen de financiële processen.

Jouw profiel

Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in Finance, Accountancy of een gelijkaardige richting en hebt een sterke affiniteit met cijfers.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt om resultaten te behalen.
