Wil jij als Financial Controller niet alleen rapportages opleveren, maar ook écht invloed hebben op hoe de financiële organisatie wordt ingericht? In deze functie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de financiële aansturing van meerdere eigen vennootschappen en de ruimte om managementinformatie verder te professionaliseren. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar veel kennis aanwezig is, maar waar op het gebied van managementrapportages, kengetallen en financiële analyses nog mooie stappen te zetten zijn. Juist daarin krijg jij een belangrijke rol. Wat je krijgt als Financial Controller - Salaris tot € 5.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Een functie voor 24 tot 40 uur per week; - Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen je functie; - De mogelijkheid om managementrapportages en financiële stuurinformatie verder op te bouwen; - Een brede rol waarin controlling, analyse en aansturing samenkomen; - Directe betrokkenheid bij het management en de verschillende vennootschappen; Ruimte om processen te verbeteren en je eigen ideeën door te voeren. Wat je gaat doen als Financial Controller Als Financial Controller ben je primair eindverantwoordelijk voor de controlling van de eigen vennootschappen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de financiële cijfers kloppen, maar kijkt vooral verder dan alleen de cijfers. Je vertaalt financiële informatie naar duidelijke inzichten waarmee het management betere beslissingen kan nemen. Op dit moment zijn managementrapportages en kengetallenanalyses nog beperkt ingericht. Aan jou de taak om hier meer structuur in aan te brengen en dit verder uit te bouwen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Verzorgen en bewaken van de financiële rapportages voor de eigen vennootschappen; - Opstellen en verder ontwikkelen van managementrapportages; - Analyseren van financiële resultaten, afwijkingen en relevante kengetallen; - Vertalen van cijfers naar concrete inzichten en adviezen voor het management; - Verbete...
