Financial controller & business partner Ben jij een Financial Controller die niet alleen kijkt naar wat er op de balans staat, maar vooral wil weten waarom iets gebeurt? Iemand die financiële data vertaalt naar duidelijke inzichten, het management graag scherp houdt en energie krijgt van verbeteren? Dan hebben we een mooie uitdaging voor je. We zoeken een Financial Controller met sterke business skills die naast de cijfers staat én midden in de organisatie. Als Financial Controller ben je een belangrijke financiële sparringpartner voor het management en verschillende afdelingen. Je zorgt dat de cijfers kloppen, maar gaat vooral een stap verder: wat vertellen de cijfers ons en wat kunnen we ermee? Je combineert financiële kennis met een sterke blik op de business. Je beweegt makkelijk tussen operatie en strategie en weet analyses zo te presenteren dat mensen er daadwerkelijk mee aan de slag kunnen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Coördineren en verzorgen van de maandafsluiting en managementrapportages. - Analyseren van resultaten ten opzichte van budgetten en forecasts. - Opstellen van budgetten, forecasts en scenarioanalyses. - Bewaken van de aansluiting tussen subadministraties en het grootboek. - Ontwikkelen van dashboards en vertalen van data naar heldere stuurinformatie. - Signaleren van risico's, kansen en afwijkingen en hier actief op sturen. - Ondersteunen bij audits en samenwerken met de externe accountant. - Verbeteren van financiële processen en interne beheersing. - Fungeren als sparringpartner voor management en afdelingen. - Rapporteren aan de CFO. Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is al 100 jaar specialist in het vervaardigen en onderhouden van voertuigen. Met ruim 170 collega's wordt er dagelijks gewerkt aan onder andere Double Deck- en standaard trailers, Race Trailers en speciale voertuigen.
