Jouw verantwoordelijheden als Financial Controller:

  • Uitvoeren van de financiële controlling en diepgaande analyses van de operationele winstgevendheid van de Belgische vastgoedpanden, in nauwe samenwerking met het vastgoedteam.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de tijdige opmaak van kwartaal- en (half)jaarlijkse rapporteringen volgens IFRS-normen.
  • Beheren en analyseren van het volledige Belgische forecastmodel en bewaken van de financiële parameters en KPI’s.
  • Optreden als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor externe auditors bij de controle van de halfjaar- en jaarcijfers.
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor het ERP-systeem en proactief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties en AI-implementaties binnen de financiële afdeling.

Jouw achtergrond als Financial Controller:

  • Master in een financiële of economische richting, aangevuld met 4 tot 6 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance (ervaring in de vastgoedsector is een pluspunt).
  • Solide kennis van accounting, IFRS, budgettering, forecasting en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Sterke affiniteit met IT-systemen (ervaring met ERP-pakketten, Excel en Power BI) en interesse in het toepassen van AI voor operationele procesverbeteringen.
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en proactief met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
