Vacatureomschrijving Als financial controller vervul je een sleutelrol binnen de afdeling Finance. Je schakelt actief met de boekhouding en vormt samen met twee assistent-controllers het Reporting-team. Dit team wordt aangestuurd door de Manager Financial Control. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie en tijdige, heldere rapportages die inzicht geven in de prestaties van de organisatie. Met behulp van analyses breng je actief vraagstukken onder de aandacht in de business. Ook ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor financiële ad-hoc vraagstukken vanuit onze verkooporganisatie, alsmede de centrale diensten. Daarbij speelt data-analyse een belangrijke rol in het onderbouwen van keuzes en het verbeteren van processen. Maar ook kennis van (financiële) wet- en regelgeving is belangrijk, zodat je altijd voldoet aan onze richtlijnen vanuit onze moedermaatschappij in Frankrijk. Jouw rol - Opstellen, analyseren en bewaken van financiële rapportages; - Controleren, verbeteren en optimaliseren van administratieve processen; - Coördineren van de jaarlijkse accountantscontrole en interne audits; - Verzorgen van periodieke (non-)fiscale aangiftes; - Voorbereiden en afwikkelen van de statutaire jaarrekening; - Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van collega's binnen de financiële afdeling; - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de financiële organisatie.
