Over de organisatie

Onze klant is een stabiele onderneming actief binnen de IT-sector. De organisatie kent een vlakke structuur, korte communicatielijnen en een familiale werksfeer. Tegelijk zijn er ambitieuze groeiplannen en is er veel ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Voor het Finance-team zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Controller.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Financial Controller neem je een brede financiële en analytische rol op. Je staat in voor de opvolging en analyse van de financiële resultaten, maand- en kwartaalrapportering, budgetten en cashflowprognoses. Vanuit je analyses lever je inzichten aan het management en denk je actief mee over strategische beslissingen, rendabiliteit en efficiëntie. Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam en krijgt daardoor een belangrijke stem in de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Naast je financiële verantwoordelijkheden neem je ook een coördinerende rol op binnen het Back Office-team. Je ondersteunt collega's bij complexere dossiers, organiseert maandelijks overleg en werkt nauw samen met Sales en Pre-Sales. Je bent hierbij het aanspreekpunt voor moeilijkere dossiers en zorgt mee voor een correcte opvolging in het CRM-systeem. Een onderdeel van de functie is Bid Management.

Je volgt openbare aanbestedingen op, bewaakt deadlines en coördineert de administratieve opvolging van aanbestedingsdossiers. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende betrokken partijen tijdig de nodige input aanleveren en bewaart hierbij het overzicht. Dit luik vraagt de nodige organisatie en stressbestendigheid, aangezien je met strikte deadlines werkt. Tot slot kijk je kritisch naar bestaande processen en systemen en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als Financial Controller.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen Finance.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt graag mee op managementniveau.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met SAP is een grote plus.
  • Je spreekt zeer vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, communicatief en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders en neemt initiatief.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en deadlines bewaken.
