The posting

Als Financial Controller Consolidatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële consolidatie van de volledige groep en fungeer je als schakel tussen accounting, reporting en de verschillende stakeholders.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Coördineren van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen op groepsniveau.
  • Verzorgen van een correcte consolidatie van alle vennootschappen, inclusief joint ventures en maatschappen.
  • Opvolgen en afstemmen van intercompany transacties en saldi.
  • Analyseren en verklaren van verschillen tussen groepsvennootschappen.
  • Harmoniseren en optimaliseren van accounting policies en consolidatieprocessen.
  • Uitwerken van oplossingen voor complexe accountingvraagstukken zoals goodwill, provisies en acquisities.
  • Opstellen van betrouwbare geconsolideerde rapporteringen voor CFO, directie en management.
  • Voorbereiden van auditdossiers en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe auditors.
  • Actief meewerken aan de verdere automatisering en optimalisatie van consolidatie- en rapporteringsprocessen.
  • Waken over de kwaliteit, consistentie en betrouwbaarheid van de financiële data binnen de groep.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of Financial Controlling en krijgt de ruimte om actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de finance-afdeling.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytische finance professional die graag ownership neemt en energie haalt uit complexe financiële vraagstukken.

  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Accountancy of een economische richting.
  • Minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen audit, controlling of groepsconsolidatie.
  • Ervaring met consolidatie van meerdere vennootschappen.
  • Sterke kennis van BE GAAP; kennis van IFRS vormt een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met consolidatietools is een plus.
  • Analytisch sterk met oog voor detail.
  • Gestructureerde en procesmatige manier van werken.
  • Kritisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlot in de samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en bereid om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen.
