Onze opdrachtgever is een solide speler op het gebied van vastgoedbeheer en -ontwikkeling. Met oog voor kwalitatieve, toekomstbestendige leefomgevingen creëren zij duurzame meerwaarde voor hun portfolio. Je stapt binnen in een hecht en lokaal team waarin een collegiale werksfeer, transparantie en een praktische aanpak hand in hand gaan.

Als Financial Controller neem je het financiële fundament achter de vastgoedprojecten onder je hoede. Je borgt de nauwkeurigheid van de kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, analyseert de cashflows en bewaakt de investeringsbudgetten. Met jouw scherpe analyses vertaal je complexe data naar concrete sturingsinformatie voor het management en help je de verdere groei financieel in de juiste banen te leiden. Een uitdagende spilfunctie met veel autonomie binnen een stabiele en mensgerichte organisatie!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Financial Controller:

  • De financiële opvolging van de vastgoedportefeuille neem je zelfstandig in handen, waarbij je de operationele winstgevendheid per pand scherp analyseert.
  • Rapportages stel je feilloos op volgens de geldende IFRS-normen, wat zorgt voor transparante communicatie.
  • Het forecastmodel wordt door jou beheerd en geoptimaliseerd, zodat de directie steeds over accurate toekomstprognoses beschikt.
  • Je fungeert als het vaste aanspreekpunt voor externe auditors tijdens de nazichten, wat bijdraagt aan een vlotte afhandeling van de periodieke afsluiting.
  • Interne processen tillen we graag naar een hoger niveau: jij initieert verbeteringen rond het ERP-systeem en verkent mogelijkheden voor AI-toepassingen.

  • Een masterdiploma in een financiële richting vormt jouw basis.
  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar financiële ervaring op zak, waarbij je aantoonbaar ook de nodige ervaring hebt opgedaan als Controller.
  • Complexe vastgoeddata vertaal jij moeiteloos naar heldere inzichten, mede dankzij jouw sterke analytische blik en IT-affiniteit.
