Je combineert accounting en control, analyseert financiële informatie en ontdekt waar processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen. Wat hebben we jou te bieden? Je gaat werken binnen een internationale handelsorganisatie die investeert in groei en in de verdere professionalisering van finance. In jouw rol als Financial Controller krijg je ruimte om initiatief te tonen, verbeteringen aan te dragen en invloed uit te oefenen op de manier waarop de afdeling werkt. Daarbij kun je rekenen op: - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 4000,- tot € 5500,- op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring. - 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, aangevuld met 8% vakantietoeslag. - Een pensioenregeling waarvoor je een eigen bijdrage betaalt. - € 0,25 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer, gerekend vanaf de eerste kilometer. - Een extra beloning wanneer de bedrijfsresultaten positief zijn. - Een actieve personeelsvereniging. - € 50,00 bruto op je verjaardag om iets leuks voor jezelf te kopen. - Korting op de mooiste bloemen. Over de functie In deze veelzijdige functie komen accounting en control samen. Rond de periodeafsluitingen ligt jouw aandacht op een kloppende administratie, complexe boekingen en duidelijke rapportages. Gedurende de rest van de maand richt je je als Financial Controller vooral op control. Je onderzoekt processen, brengt verbeterpunten in kaart en draagt bij aan een finance-afdeling die zich steeds verder ontwikkelt. De kans is groot dat bloemen die je tijdens een vakantie in Italië tegenkomt of bij een bloemist in Scandinavië koopt, via OZ-Hami zijn gegaan.
